Ofada Rice

Ofada rice is a type of unpolished rice that is indigenous to the Ofada community in Ogun State, Nigeria. It is also known as brown rice and is considered healthier than white rice because it has twice the fiber content. Ofada rice is grown in southwest Nigeria, but is named after the Ofada community. Ofada rice is vegetarian, vegan, and a good source of energy. It also reduces cholesterol and is heart healthy
