Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from ZOAM foods online and in store, and if your items have been sold by one of our retail outlets, you may also be offered additional rights.

Adequate care is taken to ensure your products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the product on delivery, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.
For all non-edible grocery products you have 2 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

DELIVERY: Depending on the location, we offer delivery service and also rely of couriers services to fulfil your order. Please note that hand-to-hand (doorstep) delivery of item(s) to blocks of flats, apartments and high-rise buildings might not be possible as a result of the location of the customer. Hence doorstep delivery is not an obligation for us and our courier partners but under discretion the delivery personnel might or might not have the order delivered to your doorsteps. However, the safe delivery of the item(s) is a top priority, and the driver will look to leave the item(s) in the safest and most appropriate place possible; which may include but is not limited to:

  • The first accessible entrance to your apartment
  • With a neighbour

Customers will get a notification of the location of delivery once the item(s) arrive. Customers will also get notified of the driver's estimated arrival time.

Product Recall: Keep up to date with the safety issues and product defects of items sold at ZOAM Foods.

Products Not Refundable Unless Faulty
The following products are not refundable unless faulty:

  • Frozen, smoked or perishable goods
  • Baby food
  • Magazine where the seal has been broken
  • Top-ups and scratch cards are not refundable under any circumstances

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but if your item is not as desired please read through our returns policy. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase within 3 days of receipt, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
Returned items must not be opened, used or damaged in any way, and must be in "as sold" condition. Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit. 


The responsibility and liability of all items remain with you until we are in receipt of the goods. We recommend you return goods by registered post.
Goods are returned to us at your cost.
If this is not possible to offer an exchange, an automatic refund will be processed. 

If requesting a refund for the returned items, this will be processed via your original payment method once items are received.

If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccessful attempts at delivery and where any delivery instructions have been met no refund will be made.  In these circumstances the customer may request that the goods be resent.  This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods.

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the dispatch date.  This will incur a small administration charge. 

We make every effort to ensure a high level of customer care.  However we take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.
